My experience with Jose Camejo is nothing short of fantastic and amazing. During these Covid Times, you need to make sure you get someone who can market your home without the normal ability of open houses, and such. You often get realtors who promise you short sell times like 15-20 days, high selling price but Jose is very realistic, pragmatic and what he told me was spot on. His strategy used helped generate 5 offers over asking price. He used a professional videographer that made my house so appealing - I would have probably taken my house off the market and stayed there. The first weekend we got over 800 hits and during this Covid restriction, we had 8 in-person visits of which 7 made offers.
